Paytm — Money Debited from the account for failed transaction

I have have tried to place an order on 11th june with order id[protected] which got failed after entering OTP on 3d secure page. I have re-placed the order with order id [protected] on the same day. But when i checked in my bank statement i was charged twice i.e. for the failed transaction as well. Bank person told me that seller has claimed both transactions & provided me the transaction id's "[protected] & [protected]". I have mailed your customer care many times about the same but response is very poor every time. Every time they are just responding in stupid manner i.e. thet bank will refund you automatically or plz provide screen-shot of statement or like amount we have charged for some other order id etc. I am really getting tired of taking the follow-up of the matter. request you to refund my amount or i will be forced to take some other step as i have valid transaction id's provided by the bank as proof & you will have to give the answer to the consumer court that for which order id's you have claimed these amount.
