Paytm — Money deducted but air ticket not issued

I tried buying my airticket yesterday using PayTM and it failed to issue the ticket but money has been debited from my account. Logged a complaint on their website. Really poor poor customer service no response what so ever and their tel no are waste of money useful for nothing. Not sure when would i get my money back.
