Paytm — MONEY DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE NOT RECEIVED

I did recharge my airtel phone ([protected]) & didn't get recharge till now. My money have been deducted from my bank account. I have contacted to paytm support serveral times but still no solutions. It is 3 days now. Will my money back!!! Or I being punished for using Paytm. Paytm order no:[protected] Sep'14 - Recharge of Airtel Mobile [protected] RECHARGE AMOUNT IS 250.00...

This is regarding Paytm order no:[protected] on Sep17, 2014.

I have not received any recharge value but money was deducted from my account.

Also, I did some shopping from Paytm but cashback is not received yet.
