Paytm — Money deducted but transaction not processed

I have paid my Vodafone bill through PayTM on January 08 morning, money was deducted from my account but bill was not paid. I have registered my complaint through mail but they only provided me the ticket number, i even sent a follow up mail but there was no revert from their side. I tried several times to contact them through there customer care number but the situation is even more pathetic there, every time they pic the call and cuts it without saying a single word. One thing is that they have not posted my payment secondly they are wasting my money by just answering the calls without saying anything.
