Paytm — Money has been charged unnecessarily

I had recharged my paytm account with Rs 200, twice, that is Rs. 400 total, but no money is showing in my paytm account. I had recharged through my uber account. so the balance shows on my uber account but not on my paytm wallet when i open the paytm app. Even through uber i am not able to use my money and the payment has been charged frm my bank account already. what should i do?
