Paytm — Money is not credited to bank nor to pay tm wallet

On 28.12.2016 I have sent rs 10351/- to my bank. Money is not added to the bank till date nor it is added to the paytm wallet.Though the status of transaction is showing successful. So kindly give attention to the matter/ case and help me out for refund of my money
