On 12th Apr 2015 At 4:14 pm placed an ORDER NO. [protected] of Rs 200.00 to add money into my paytm wallet I made this transaction via SBI Internet Banking. The amount of Rs 200.00 was deducted from my account that time only but it was not added in my paytm wallet. i contacted customer care from past 26 Days but it always says me that we have to received yet i contacted the SBI and register complaint about this transaction but they said the payment has been credited to merchant Contact your merchant for further details. and second time i order a rail ticket on irctc and paid via paytm wallet money was deducted and reservation was not booked and irctc customer care told me that the money has already been transferred to you payment method but money is still not added in my paytm wallet of transaction Rs 608
