Paytm Money — not refund money and not attend phone on mall | |||
Refund initiated: we have successfully initiated a refund of rs.299 against the return request for urbano fashion black slim fit stretch jeans. Click http://ml.p-y.tm/myorders for refund details. They message me this but my refund not done by paytm and also not attend phone on paytm shopping centre, 14 days going on but they not intrested in any refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

I made an investment of rs 25000 on 22 jan 2019. Via upi on Paytm Money in HDFC mutual fund, the ref num is[protected], but the transection failed and money is still refunded to me till date, Paytm Money has no helpline and they are very vague in replies . Plz help

* money is still not refunded after so many requests made, how can a big company like this has no help line !!! Never transect with them
I was book the order for Fast Chrger Compatible for Samsung Galaxy A7 on dated 25.05.2018 of Rs. 374 through my axis bank credit card but unfortunetely on 29.05.2018 order has been canceled from your side till dated my money not refund. Hence request you to please look into ans reply.
