Paytm Money Complaints & Reviews

I submitted a simple request o[censored]pdating the nominee in my PayTM money account. Since there is no option to update it myself on the app I had to ask the custmore care. It has been over 2.5 weeks now and the response has been extremely pathetic. They ignore all emails / messages on the open ticket. If they do decide to call you and you miss the call, there is no number to call back on, and they will not get back to you for over a week. Why...

The fraud was carried by a person claiming to be from paytm money. I have sent many mails to paytm cybercell. They are not replying, i have also filed a complaint in police station. I am a retired person and living on the interest received. The amount of 70000 rupees is a big amount for me. I have also written to my bank (Canara bank) i am awaiting their reply too. Please help me recover my money...

On 5th october 2019 around 12 to 12:30 pm a person claiming to be representing the company ie paytm money and giving his name as satish jain and giving his employee code as py[protected] sj and talking from phone no, [protected] has done unauthorized transaction in my sb account with canara bank. Nearly amounting to rs. 70000. The money was transferred fraudulently to agencies like phone pe pvt. Ltd., paytm noida and yes bank. I am a retired...

They message me this but my refund not done by paytm and also not attend phone on paytm shopping centre, 14 days going on but they not intrested in any refund....
