[Resolved]  Paytm — Money Not refunded after 20 days

Hi, I did one recharge on 3rd Nov (Ref number form bank statement [protected]), 14. Once the transaction got failed but the money was deducted from my account. I even didn't got the confirmation message on this/nor rejection message. I called customer care number then they told me that money will be refunded in 7 working days. Hence i again did the recharge and this time it was successful (Ref number from bank statement [protected] ). But the first one, i am still waiting for refund. Please look into this urgently and let me know when i will get my refund.
