Hi team,
I had booked a ticket on 25 March from pune to indore, The amount of Rs 508 was deducted form my account but ticket was not booked .My order was [protected]
I asked Axis bank about the issue, they told the transaction was successful from there side and problem was from merchant (Paytm) side.
I asked paytm to check the issue they told yes issue was on their side and the they will look back into the issue .And asked me to sent the pdf file of bank transaction detail, I send the file but never got any response from them.From the day i sent a pdf file I never got any response, i daily chase them but no result . I sent around 50 mail but dont know why they aren't given any single response.
So i need to ask paytm is this the way they handle their customer complaint .Its really disgusting and going forward i will never book any bus ticket from paytm site and told my group to never use the paytm.
It was almost one month to go but I didn't get any result .Please help me and I want my money back . Was this information helpful? |
