Paytm — Money not refunded by Pay tm of Rs.315

Dear Sir, On[protected], i have recharge my post paid connection via PAY TM application. My order number is [protected] Time:4.29 pm Rs.315 was debited from my saving bank account. i have communicated with bank and they informed that the amount is debited from your account and credited to Pay tm account. I have contacted pay tm customer care and many email sent for my refund. BUT I REGRET TO TELL YOU THAT ..NO RESPONSE RECEIVED TILL DATE. REQUEST YOU TO CREDIT MY AMOUNT WITH INTEREST AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, ELSE SERIOUS LEGAL ACTION AGAINST PAY TM COMPANY WILL BE INITIATED .
