Paytm — money was neither in wallet nor in paytm

order number[protected] Date 03 Dec '14 5:38 pm Andhra Bank DC Transaction No [protected] i requested for refund to my bank ... den ur authorised person clicked for refund to on 3rd it self.. vth transaction id E870AC9CCF88977E but it was not credited till now so it was not there in my wallet not in my bank... there are many times i requested the patym executive but they are simply escaping by sending we will solve.. seems to be like forward message... their complaint token number was... Name: rakesh | Email Id: rakeshkumar.[protected]@gmail.com | Order Number: RCtkt - | Message: i want to file a case against u bloody paytm ... its been i month 2 days till now i didnt get my money back to my wallet or my back to my failed transaction... these are the following times i requested to your customer care executive... but not body was solved my problem ... all are escaping by simply sending one message.. saying we will solve ticket no:[protected] pratap ticket no:[protected] gyan ticket no:[protected] karan . its been 35 days...
