Paytm — movie ticket cancellation amount | |||||
Sir, i did a movie ticket booking of ₹ 840 through paytm under cancellation protect policy of paytm worth ₹114. According to the policy, i did the cancellation before 3 hours of movie show time. Then, paytm notified me that my amount of ₹840 will be credit in account with in 24 hours. But, now the 24 hour is end. The amount not recieved in any type of credit. At least they should provide a better customer complaint helpline. Their helpline numbers never provides to talk any representative on their side. This type of fraudness should get punished by law.
