Paytm — My bill payment not done after 72 hours

Dear sir/madam,

I have paid 3228 for my electricity bill on 21 may 2016 but still it was not done or successful and also no response from paytm customer care so i am request you to plz do needful and provide my money back. I have raised somany time complain to paytm care and its ticket no is 02517977 with reference to parent ticket 02389567. Please help me
