Paytm — my recharge is fail & paytm is not refunded my cash

Dear Sir,

On date 13/08/2014 I paid my bill through Paytm website. But I got message on Paytm wesite that my payment not paid successful but amount was duducted on my bank account till to date I have not refund my amount on my account.I already to complaint to Paytm wesite but they are not give me satisfy answer & Paytm say we are not received any amount on Paytm account.and say ask to bank

Paytm is blem to bank and not refund my payment, Paytm not give any customer care number for customer support on their web site
