Paytm — myprotein whey isolate

Hi,

I want to inform you that i ordered 1kg whey protein isolate from paytm i think they send a wrong product and send a mail regarding a same for last 2 days they still not reply

Actually problem is on paytm website its mention product sold by paradise nutrition but when i got a bill its mention sold by perfect nutrition (See photo for reference) and product also not as per discription mention on website so i think its fake product its is totally related to my health so i confirmed from company but still last to days no reply came and last as per there return policy they mention product is non-returnable but i think product is fake what i can do please suggest.

Take immediate action asap and reply me fast
