Current status : god knows where is the order/ packet.
This product we had ordered to gift daughter on 31-oct-2018 and requested to deliver on or before 31-oct-18. We didn’t receive any response them. And waited till their assured deliver date (06-nov-18) thinking at least we can give gift for diwali to daughter as we missed the birthday due paytm irresponsiveness. It wasn’t deliver on 06-nov-2018 and still don’t know the status of the order.
We have been continuously following up with paytm (Sent 7-8 emails) regarding status of the order as the assured delivery date (06-nov-2018) is already gone, but they have not courtesy to respond back and provide the status. When checked with the delivery agency, they have informed that order delivery party has not handed over the physical order to them.
Tried calling to the official paytm customer care numbers but none of them are working or they are changed/ wrong.
I have sent at least 7-8 emails to paytm’s customer care/ service head/ grievance cell email ids. Most of them bounced back and not received any proper response for my any of the emails.
