[Resolved] Paytm — No response for ticket id[protected] | |||
I was trying to place an order in Dominos site and selected the paytm as the mode of payment option and i logged in and added the amount to my wallet of Rs.1027 with credit card. Amount is debited from my card but its not added in paytm wallet or there is no track/order for that transaction in my login and the payment was failure. Pls help in crediting amount amount back to my credit card. This is my issue. I have already sent in mail all the proofs i have and i have also confirmed from my bank that their transaction was successful and forwarded the mail from bank to the paytm care as proof, but there is no response from your side from last 5 days even thought im writing mail daily for the same thread mail for status. Feb 1, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I have got my amount back after 30days. I was keep on sending mails as there was no reply for my ticket. so there was response every 3days later for every email. Later i got the full amount. I have raised ticket in paytm website and was following up with this mail ID [email protected] | |||
