Paytm — No response form the customer care for the upgradation of paytm wallet | |||
As i have already submitted my KYC document to the one97 executive from Paytm . He came to my home to verify my details and completed successfully before 20 days even i spoke to the customer care they confirmed the KYC documents . The issue is the Paytm is not responding the calls when i call to the customer care even it seems to be they are charging for the customer care ( too costly ) I HAVE MAILED MANY TIMES TO PAYTM ( [protected]@paytm.com )REGARING THE ISSUE BUT NO RESPONSE LET ME SEE WHAT THIS SITE CAN DO Was this information helpful? | |||
