On 3rd may, i purchased gold form paytm worth 1000 from my old account.

Few hours later i upgraded and inked my old account with new one. As per their policy all orders should reflect in the new account but no transfer of any type were carried out. To worsen the situation there customer service support number [protected] on calling shows invalid number. Many times i tried to contact them form other sources but failed as their is no way of contacting them directly.in addition poor email response.
I suggest people to complain against paytm at higher levels directly addressing to gov./ pmo as one need to be safe for building "digital india". Was this information helpful? |
