Paytm — No Update regarding order#[protected] | |
I placed one order#[protected] on 20th June as I have to gift my nephew on 10th July. There is one update on 25th July that physical handover is pending and after that no updates after 15days also. If they are unable to process the order, they should inform us in 3-4days so that we can buy something else or can do preparation accordingly.
The worst thing regarding paytm that there is no option to talk their customer care. I tried twice but I could not talk Was this information helpful? | |
