Paytm — Non delievery of apple iphone 4s black 8gb

I have booked my apple iphone 4s black 8gb from paytm on dated 2nd may 2015 having order number[protected]...In my wallet it was showing that my order will be handed over to me on or before 9th may 2015...but till today i did not get my apple iphone...i had made payment of Rs. 15670/- in advance to paytm through my HDFC Credit card..but till now i do not receive my apple iphone ..many times i had complaint to paytm care through email..but problem is as it is...it is requested to arrange to deliever my apple iphone 4s with 8gb memory or refund my payment.. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.. i shall be very thankful to you Manjeet Kumar Mob. no.
