Paytm — non deliver of product of order id[protected]

dear sir, i have ordered this product on 4th may by making online payment of rs 559. i am still waiting for my product. i have mailed u approximately 17 times about this order id. still i am not get able to get satisfactory response from ur side. u always mail me in return that u have escalated my issue. but the fact is that u have done nothing about my product as u have already ur money. becoz o[censored], there is negative image of online stores among the people. this is my last mail to u either deliver my product in gud condition or else refund my money. u have no value about customer's time. seriously i will never purchase any product from ur site. and will never ever advice anyone to purchase product from ur site. this is my last mail to u. pls take appropriate action or else i have to take legal actions in which i will sought compensation from u
