Paytm — Non delivery of item even after 5 days of schedule of delivery and cancellation of order without my concern | |||||
Respected Sir, I have been ordered an Accedre Paint Zoom Spray Gun With Motor under order Id [protected] on 8 Oct''''15 after paying by credit card of Rs. 1714.00 and received a cash back of Rs.514(Total cost Rs.1200) and delivery was scheduled on 17 oct via courier AWB #[protected]. *I have emailed paytm to deliver the item on or before 20 Oct because this item was ordered on priority and to avoid huge painting charges on durgapuja. *After various emails and reminders to paytm, paytm has given many assurance to deliver item each and everyday but failed everyday. *Later on 21 Oct, i hired labours and completed painting work of house on 22 oct and also emailed paytm to deliver the item by 21 oct or or else the item will be claimed free of cost as compensation. on 24 Oct, paytm has cancelled my order without any consent from me and refunded amount of Rs. 1200.00 into paytm wallet and informed to place fresh order. Sir, paytm has bluffed to deliver the items even after 5 days of schedule of delivery and later they have cancelled my order without my concern when i given them ultimatum for delivery of items. because of above matter, i have deputed painters to complete the task of item which costed 10600/- and till date they have not settled the issue as on date even informing to take the matter to consumer court. now Paytm is providing same deal but what is use of this product when its work has been completed after hiring of painter on urgent basis during Durgapuja which costed me Rs.10600.00 due to non delivery of item. 1. Schedule date of deliver the item was 17 oct, paytm was keep on replaying my emails that item will be delivered within next 24 hours, next 48 hours, neext 72 hours etc against my each email TILL 21 oCT' 2015..
2. After failing to deliver the item even beyond schedule date by paytm and my final ultimatum WAS GIVEN TO THEM TO DELIVAR THE ITEM till 22 oct but PAYTM failed and i have deputed painters to complete the purpose of item (because durgapuja is very festive for us) which costed me 10600 rupees, This expenditure incurred due to false status and non supply of item by paytm. paytm is fully responsible with seller.
3. After given ultimatum to paytm to deliver the item on 22 oct, paytm has automatically cancelled my order WIHTOUT ANY CONCERN & information and refunded my ALREADY paid amount of Rs.1200/- to avoid my claim of free of cost of items against compensation.
They has agrred many times in their communication that they has passed the issued to their concern team to resolve but as on date they did not do anything against my complain.
In view of the above, almost 5 emails in a day fron 17 Oct to till date and many many false excuses and falls statements against my emails, my claim of free of cost stand alive as a token of compensation.
