[Resolved]  Paytm — non receipt of payment

Dear sir / madam, I have done 12 payments through my Paytm Account to my Airtel Postpaid Account on 30/09/2014. Out of that 8 payments have been confirmed and 5 payments are not updated in my Airtel Postpaid Account. Transaction ID of all the payments are as follows: 1. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 2. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 3. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 4. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 5. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 6. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 7. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 8. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 9. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] 10. Rs.30: Transaction ID: #[protected] Out of above 10 payment of Rs.30/- only 6 has been confirmed and 4 are still pending. 1. Rs.50: Transaction ID: #[protected] 2. Rs.50: Transaction ID: #[protected] Out of above 2 payments of Rs.50/- only 1 has been confirmed and 1 is still pending. Therefore total of Rs.170/- is not confirmed in my Airtel Postpaid Account. Please look into the matter and do the needful at your end, as for all the 12 payments, amount has been deducted from my PAYTM account but the payments has not been received in my Airtel Postpaid Account.
