Paytm — non refund of customer amount

I ordered a white puma sports shoes of Rs 1299+50 shipping charges through paytm mall against my order no. [protected] dated 04 oct 2018. The parcel was received on 08 oct 2018 but the item was found to have a certain quality issue which was not acceptable. Return request along with replacement was placed which was accepted. The item was collected on 09 oct 2018. Replaced item against order no. [protected] dated 08 oct 2018 was received on 12 oct 2018. But this time the delivered item had a manufacturing defect. Return request was made and accepted but now without replacement. Till now no refund is being made by paytm and also NEFT details of bank in customers form is not available. Please resolve. Please credit the amount in my paytm wallet
