I had done a flight ticket booking (Spicejet Bengaluru to Mumbai) for two people on 25th January 2020 through PayTm. The Paytm booking ID is [protected]. The transaction was successful and I had received the tickets. But the flight was later cancelled by Spicejet due to Coronavirus lockdown. The amount was then kept in a Credit shell by Spicejet. Since I didn't use the credit shell for more than an year, Spicejet has refunded the money. This refund was initiated on 10th March 2022 towards One97 Communications (PayTm). But it has not yet been refunded to my bank account by PayTm. Was this information helpful? |
