Paytm — Non refund of money through the same amount deducted from bank a/c

I recharged from paytm worth Rs. 60/- on 17.10.15 at 6:18 pm containing order no. [protected] but the same was not successful though amount of Rs. 60 was deducted from my bank account.

Its ststus shows Waiting for operator confirmation since then but no refund of the same was made yet.
