Sub: non updating new mobile no and stopped monitoring the registered email id - deficiency in services.

Sir/madam,
The complete case is explained below in chronological order:-
1. I was facing problem in updating the mobile no in paytm a/c with moble no 99xxxxxx57.
2. I wanted to update with new number 77xxxxxx66 but unsuccessful.
3. I sent sms to help desk.
4. The customer care executive called at 09:53 am on 21 dec 2018 and informed that another paytm a/c with no 77xxxxxx66 has been created inadvertently and it has to be closed before number 77xxxxxx66 can be updated in the old a/c which is kyc verified.
5. The executive guided to delete the a/c with 77xxxxxx66 and message confirming deletion received at 10:17am same day.
6. The executive asked me give missed call on the number given in sms.
7. Missed call given.
8. The executive again called at 10:17 am same day to confirm that mobile no 77xxxxxx66 has been freed from 2nd a/c and he is initiating process to update the no 77xxxxxx66 in the old a/c.
9. The mail confirming the receipt o[censored]pdation of mobile received at 10:19 am same day.
10. The executive further directed that on receipt of confirmation sms, i should log in with new number but with old password.
11. The confirmation message not received till date.
12. I am unable to login and rs 1169/- has been held up in the a/c.
13. When i tried to mail my grievance to [protected]@paytm.com, from my registered mail id, the response was, “we are no longer monitoring this e-mail address”. What a great service?
