Paytm — not able to get my rs.16000 from paytm wallet - paytm frauds | |||||
Issues : my account password reset automatically last week. There is a balance of approx rs.16500 in wallet ([protected]). Date : 2 november 2017 : Tried to take help from paytm number : ""[protected]"" Description : i tried to reset my password - ivr says “due to technical issues we can not send you password reset link, try later” My attempt: I tried 2-4 times in this week but same message i got. Now they have blocked my account with no justification why? There is a balance of approx rs.16500 in wallet ([protected]). Alternate solution i tried : I tried to email at "[protected]@paytm.com" - that email id routing to ivr help. Stuck in same ivr thing I can not send any email to paytm, can't talk to their representatives. By every way paytm route me to "[protected]" and stuck on same situation. Now imagine : how many customers with their wallet account balance are stuck and paytm is using their money for their purpose saying your account is block. My point : if account is block, give a solution do not throw us in front if ivr. Send an email, give us a call, ask us to justify. Paytm prefer to keep the money and let you mess with ivr only.
