Paytm — Not Accepting Return of the fake product

Order Number: [protected] Request #[protected] The order i received was not working after 15 days.. so i gave it to Hp customer service center for repair .. They told that the product is a Counterfeit.. So they are refusing to repair the product.. They have mentioned thier site that the product is from HP..So i want the seller to send a original product or return my money back..The HP service center is ready to give documents regarding confirmation the counterfeit product..
