Paytm — Not allowing me log in while I have 570 Rs in my cash wallet | |||
Hi Team, I am unable to login to paytm website. I have INR 570 in my Paytm cash-wallet. But now when I want to login, the page is showing "Your account is temporarily blocked for login". That's really bad from customer point of view which equivalents to stealing customer money in a sense. This is totally unacceptable. I was not expecting such bad things from Paytm. Please do the needful to refund my money or allow me to login. I have also raised a ticket but no one has got back to me till now. I also faced the same issue from today, my wallet also have more than 3000.
