Paytm — Not checking for Duplicate product sent by suppliers

I purchased a Jackey Socks (Pack of 3) from paytm. The Product i received is slightly different from the original product i bought from retail shop. I used the product only after 20 days. I could surely tell that the product is duplicate. The Socks torn out in a week. Another pair of the same brand am using almost a year and it is durable. I written to payTM and they dint take any action against the supplier. The PayTM support team will just copy past their mail templates and send even if we write any number of times. I am cheated for less than 500 Rupees. I dont know how to trust them to purchase costly items. I have stopped using the Paytm for buying products.
