Hi There, Kindly Help me to get me my refund of below order details: Order No.[protected] Order Date & Time: 19 Oct '14 11:48 am 1 ITEM Order Total: Rs. 449 Ordered item: ZOVI Oxford Blue And Yellow Rim Casual Shoes (Size-7) i have not received my item yet and as per discussion with customer care executive told me that the amount will refund in my account but i do not get the refund yet.
