Paytm — Not Delivering a product after debiting money from account | |||||
I ordered a book from PayTM two weeks ago. Now I waited for 2 long weeks, but even that much time was not enough. They didn't even shipped it in such a long period. Whenever I contacted them with mobile they didn't reply back to me. If I mailed them they would say we are "Shipping it in next 2 days" and after 2 days "We are shipping it in next 24 hrs" and even after as if that was not enough they told me they are having a problem with shipping service and they would try to"Resolve it in next 72 hrs". After such a long wait they cancelled order themselves without even asking me about it and transferred money to their own wallet. It was a win-win situation for them. I was not given book and not even allowed to put a query for this. I have mailed them like 30 or so times and called 12-15 times. Was this information helpful? | |||||
