Paytm — not get refund money in bank account

Complain against order no.[protected]. I returned this item and after it rs 280 credited in my wallet but i refund it to bank but after this were is my money gone . i don't know and costumer help said we send your money but i don't get any money till today Were is my money and how can i get it back
