[Resolved] Paytm — Not got their refund yet | |||||
Hi, I have booked train ticket through Paytm on 24th Dec, 2016. I have got the message saying that ticket booking is failed but the amount is deducted. Since then i am taking follow up for the refund but not getting satisfactory response from Paytm team. I have raised the ticket in paytm but still no response. Deduction details are given below - Paid for OrderIRCTC E Ticketing Order #[protected]Paytm Cash Txn ID [protected]-12-24 07:57:22 PM Rs 182.69 - SUCCESS Can you please help?
