Paytm — Not received amount that transfer from paytm to my bank

I had transfer amount from my paytm wallet to bank account on dated 5th Jan vide txn ID: [protected]. but till date i didn't get the payment from paytm. please help me on this as this is hug amount that is laying with paytm. every time when i am droping a mail to paytm they are saying that payment already credit in my account. i had even shown my account statement but till they are saying that payment is clear. please help me out of this
