Paytm — Not received refund for two failed transactions

Hi, As part of below 2 PAYTM transactions, amount was deducted from my Account but the order was not placed successfully, Can you please check this and get the amount refunded back into my account: Transaction 1: Amount: 371 08 May 2015 Narration: [protected]-PaytmMobileSolutionP Ref no:[protected] May 2015 371.00 Transaction 2: Amount: 167.50 09/05/2015 09/05/2015 IIN/Paytm.com /[protected]/0 167.50 Even after chasing the PAYTM CARE on mail, no response was received.
