[Resolved]  Paytm — not received the cash back of rupees 31

Dear Sir, I recharged my mobile [protected] on 26 Sep, 14 with amount 122 (ORDER NO.[protected] SEP '14 3:32 PM. I did the recharge using 25% cash back scheme. I successfully submitted the promo code and the cash back should be credited in my paytm cash balance within one hour. But didn't got that. Regarding my problem filed a complaint to the customer care. But not received the proper response till today . So please do favourable. Please order to credit my due cash back as soon as possible.
