Hi, I have ordered Air conditioner and my orderid is [protected] worth 44000 i tried to cancel the order before going to ship this product, but the customer care executive convinced me to proceed with order by promising that my cash back 9999 would be refundable to my source bank account.After delivering the product my cashback is not refunded to my bank account.they are keep on postponing my issue by saying that it take 72hrs.
