Paytm — not refund to my account

i have cancelled my order due to some circumstances and amount debited from my account but not added in the my paytm wallet. didn't got 550. please check amount refund to my account or add to the my paytm wallet .so kindly so this issue asap... thankyou! your's faithful customer Maheswaran, please check the snap this is showing, please check refund the amount.please help me
