[Resolved] Paytm — Not refunded my amount of rupees 2799 | |||||
Dear sir/madam I've purchased a gas stove on paytm, because of some defective i returned the product. After 12 days also they have not credited my money of rupees 2799 into the bank. I've called them as well, but no response. I urgently need money. I i've mailed them so many times, they keep telling me that after 10 days you will get. Kindly resolve this issue. I am facing same issue in recharge failed .balance has been deducted from my account but recharge not done yet.I have raised tickets as well but there is no response and money is not refunded in my payment wallet.please check this issue.
