Paytm — not refunded the canceled bus money

Hi I booked twice bus tickets from paytm with transaction order no.[protected] & order no.[protected]. I mailed many time to paytm regarding this. I just got one transaction money back in my paytm wallet for order no.[protected]. the bus operator called and assure that 100% money will be back as our bus is broken down. Apart from that the another bus was also not available for ride. That was also cancelled. If the bus is canceled due to bus operator's fault I should get my 100% money back. Kindly confirm the same. I would like to request you please resolve the issue so my trust on paytm will be continued. Hope you understand your Customer.
