Paytm — Not taken any action on wallet upgrade request | |||||
I requested for wallet upgrade on 9th june. According to my friends opinion its takes around 7 days for the process. But no paytm executive called me to collect documents. I logged complaint at paytm care through email on 17th june. Paytm replied me (Ref :[protected] that they will crosscheck with vender and will arrange call. Still i haven't received any call for document collection from paytm. They also told me i can re-apply for wallet upgrade for which i logged in but received message that "wallet upgrade request is received and will be upgraded soon" without re-applying. I notified paytm about this but there was no reply from paytm care. 20 days before i requested for wallet upgrade and now i am really frustrated due to such tratment from paytm and care.
