[Resolved] Paytm — Online bill payment money is misused and issue is open since 40 days

When i tried paying my MTS Data card([protected]) bill amount of Rs 1217 online on November-30th-2015 from MTS portal VIA PAYTM Gate way, I believe transaction got failed i did not get any transaction details got some error but money got detected from my HDFC bank. I raised complaint with HDFC complaint no (BANC[protected]). HDFC reverted back money is successfully transferred to merchant that is PAYTM for the bill payment of IDEA Mobile no([protected]) Money is NOT credited to MTS Data card no ([protected]). Ideally i payed for MTS data card no ([protected]). Raised may complaint with PAYTM my issue is still not resolved, Issue is open since 40+ days and PAYTM is least bothered to revert my money back. I can reach them only over email ([protected]@paytm.com) they are not at all reachable over any telephone no's. I have complete details in email which i fallowed up with them till date. I also sent multiple Reminders every time they say they will revert back after 24 to 48 hr's latter nothing will happen. I also cross checked with MTS team, they don't have any transaction coming in on Nov-30th-2015 following is the MTS ticket no which i raised (Dec/6740). They clearly revert back over email they did not receive any money from PAYTM. I have also attached Bank-statement for your reference. I am reachable on following mobile no- +91-[protected].
