Paytm — online order

Hi! Please help me to get my amount rs 5000/- got deducted from paytm wallet without any transaction. I have not order due to some technical issue order is placed and showing successful.

I have with customer care very poor and rude response and calls are disconnecting.

From one weeks am continuosly calls to paytm services to get refund they are simply asking me to past the complaint in 24*7.

I said evenafter given complain in 24*7 in paytm services i have not received any positive response.

They are simply transferring the call to escalation desk and from escalation desk calls are getting disconnected.

I called up many times to paytm services to connect the call to managers they are saying manger is not available they will call back to my number and after that again they are disconnecting the calls.

When i said i have given complaint in twitter and still paytm still not refunded my money to wallet they are saying again i need past the complaint in 24*7 paytm serives. I need to wait for 24hrs to get amount refund.

I have waited for 24hrs then i called they said again i need to raised the complaint in 24*7 in paytm services and disconnected the call.

They are not response properly and calls are disconnecting asking to raise the complaint in 24*7 in paytm.

They are not bothered about customer and they said whatever u want to do u can do, u can go legally, u post ur issue in facebook, twitter, wat's app and national consumer forum what ever they don't bother to customer.

Please help to get my amount am middle class person. My salary is very low and i can't bear rs 5000/- lost in paytm.

Am in pressure and am going in mental agony.
