I have paid Rs 4510 thru paytm as my electricity bill for april 2016 thru cesc kolkata 's online payment website promoting paytm as payment gateway;my bank a/c shows debit of same amount but cesc kolkata saya they haven't received it last date of payment 1st june;i have contacted both paytm & cesc thru mail but to no avail;neither has the payment been made to cesc nor has it been returned to my a/c; is paytm indulging in fraudelent & unethical business practices in skimming money of[censored]nsuspecting customers of various companies ? can anything be done about it?

suddenly saw my bank a/c credited with Rs 4510 refunded by paytm on 31st may 16; paid cesc april16 electricity bill online but this time used paumoney as payment gateway payment was successful and got a receipt

Updated by dghosh13 I paid Rs4510 on 26/5/16 towards my electricity bill to cesc, kolkata thru their online payment website;my cesc customer id :[protected]; my indian bank a/c was debited by Rs4510 for PAYTM-[protected]/paytm/thru net banking-ref:[protected]/05/[protected]Indian Bank;
i had complained to paytm (ticket no:[protected] but havenot got any response till now: cesc hasnot yet received my payment nor has it been returned to my a/c then where has my money gone?
