Paytm — Online Recharge not done but payment was debit in my a/c. bad expierance | |||
My order no.[protected] dt.06.09.2015 for rs.550.00 recharge in bsnl no.[protected]. Recharge is not done yet & not recd refund the amount. I was complain at help desk THAN THE COMPANY PAYTMREPLY IS Hi there I understand that your recharge did not go through even though the amount was deducted from your account. We would like to inform you that your recharge is currently pending from operator and we are waiting for a response from them. We will keep trying to get the final status of your recharge and will refund your amount in your Paytm wallet if do not hear anything from them in next 24 hours. I hope this helps.
